Product information:

E-glass continuous filament mat is made by continuous fibreglass filament, which are randomly looped and bounded by a polyester powder binder, applying for both open and closed moulding and a reinforcement for UP-resins. The properties are:

- easy wet out and fast impregnation

- excellent spreading of fiber and binder

- high mechanical strength during production of finished products

- excellent process ability in both open and closed moulding.

Packaging:

The continuous filament mat is packed in a PE-bag and carton box. For 1270mm 12 boxes are packed vertically in the first layer pallet and 9 boxes are packed horizontally on the second layer pallet. 965mm and 1040mm are packed by 12 vertical boxes per each pallet. Packaging for special widths must be discussed from case to case.

Storage:

The product should be stored under dry conditions at a temperature between 15ºC and 35ºC. Should the temperature be below 15ºC, it is necessary to store the material at least 24 hours prior to their use in the processing area.
